Yes these are all great shots, but as a wedding participant and also an amature photographer who has done several weddings, the best thing a photographer can do is plan! Take all the grooms pics with family before the wedding, if possible do the same with the bride, aftetr the wedding to all the combined shots and for the love, take the largest group first then get rid of people as soon as possible. Children should not have to wait through all the pics, do the group then let them leave! Organization and time mgmt will be priceless to the bride. I was once at a wedding where guests left the reception after waiting for the party to finish pictures for nearly 2 hours.

we had a great photo at my sister’s wedding of the bride and groom with all of the nieces and nephews. it was hilarious and priceless because half of them were screaming and crying and trying to run out of the picture, and they were all dressed in the wedding colors.

Very good list. Most I’ve seen done but unless you’ve done it a lot of times, you could leave one out.
Now, do you have a guide on how to pose children? Maybe 3-7 years?

Are great ideas but from my friends wedding I will tell ya it takes too long n people get inpatient!!! N when all send n done those aren’t the pics u want! It’s the action n out of the blue ones! one pic with everyone does the trick n it take less time n it’s less frustrating!!!
